Sessions include: Week 1 - 2 x 30m sessions
Week 2 - 2 x 30m sessions
Week 3 - 2 x 30m sessions
Week 4 - 2 x 45m sessions
Week 5 - 2 x 45m sessions
Week 6 - 2 x 60m sessions

(please note this start time will be pushed back to earlier as the time of the class increases - Sat 1st April 7:15am, Sat 8th April 7am)
Program is ideal for:
Adults who have had playing experience many years ago but haven't played for a long time
Adults who want to start playing socially but are worried about their fitness level
Adults who have begun playing socially but want to improve their fitness level
Adults who want to improve fitness while learning some fundamentals of tennis
Content includes:
Group-based tennis drills and games
Course major focus on fitness/stamina level, minor focus on tennis technique
Rally with coaches and with others
Develop footwork and improve movement on the court
Removing the barriers to playing a game you love!
Throughout the course, the above topics will be covered but not necessarily in that order. There may be more focus on certain aspects than others dependent on the needs of the students in that particular class. Due to the flexible nature of adult classes, parts of the curriculum may also be adapted to suit these needs.
On completion of the program, you will receive:
