Content includes:

The basics of Pickleball

Group-based drills and games

How to serve and the relevant shots required to play the game.

Learn and practicing of said shots

Doubles tactics

Rally with coaches and with others

Learn how to score and the rules of Pickleball to feel confident when playing socially/in competition

Throughout the course, the above topics will be covered but not necessarily in that order. There may be more focus on certain aspects than others dependent on the needs of the students in that particular class. Due to the flexible nature of adult classes, parts of the curriculum may also be adapted to suit these needs.
